Start-up real estate agency takes out top two real estate awards

Trailblazing start-up company South Coast Prestige Properties has taken out the highest two RateMyAgent awards for Top Agency and Top Agent in Kiama for 2019.

Marking a significant shift in the real estate industry on the South Coast, the company has taken the lead ahead of established national brands. Traditionally, people used to select an agent based on big brands and the names behind them. South Coast Prestige Properties follows in the footsteps of other Sydney and Melbourne agencies who have shunned franchise names, in favour of a curated stand-alone model.

Principal Craig Higbid accepted the awards for Agent and Agency of the Year for 2019, which are the largest real estate awards in Australia. They recognise agents and agencies that have ranked the highest based on customer reviews and feedback.

“These awards are a wonderful accolade recognising our commitment to delivering quality service to our clients and outstanding results,” said Principal Craig Higbid. “The real estate industry has evolved, and people no longer make decisions based on big brands when choosing an agent. Our model is customer focused and customised to achieve the best marketing and the best results. Since it was founded in 2016, our company has achieved incredible success. In 2018 we sold $82,225,000 worth of real estate, including the sale of iconic estates such as Terrara House and Hillsvale.”

In addition to the awards, South Coast Prestige Properties holds the top ranking for sales in;
